So — my reply is the same as before. I do not want more of the old clips, because they break.
I will be patient (I will be more patient than I have been).
I am sure the problem will be figured out eventually.
I will wait cheerfully for a good answer to the broken clip problem.
And — seriously — delay is the right answer here. They have a, well, large number of Fine Opportunities For Growth.
They’re working hard on solving problems that require a lot of work — to find out who did what, and what they should have known better, and what they should be doing differently.
And after that — they need to check the results on the next round to see if the changes actually improved things.

The one in the middle doesn’t look like 3D or 5A to me. Are you certain the dome is intact?

Good question... its possible that they accidentally damaged the led, and therefore the shift in tint?!

I just unscrewed the head, and the dome fell right off. Not very happy about that.
Will contact CS at banggood, and see what we can do about this.

Yeah 5A would be more rosy. I’m sure they’ll replace the LED for you…still sucks waiting though. Make sure you request it already mounted to the MCPCB.

I am the one posted about ‘flashlight parts’. I fired off asking when I should be expected to get the parts. There is no answer. I am getting to the point that hell with the A6 and file dispute with PayPal.
I have another flashlight order with BG which supposed to be 4 modes, but get only 2 modes. No reply yet also.
I got tired of the starting in moon mode and had a go at the UI. It worked well and I was able to activate memory mode which is what I prefer. Great torch. Anyone know where to find a replacement LED platic protector like the one in this torch?
Mine is a little rough and I wouldn’t mind replacing it. Otherwise the torch is near perfect. The tint is 3D but I have not way of confirming as I dont have warmer LED to compare against. Definitely warmer than my 1A torches, but far from yellow in appearanceMy lens was dirty but that was easily resolved. If the QC improves it’s an excellent torch.
I realize it’s not for everyone, (Clip costs as much as the light) but I put a McGizmo Titanium clip on mine. The holes on the tailcap are perfectly spaced, and it holds like nobody’s business. 4-40 tap, a clip, and screws. Nicely compliments what so far has been a nice light! Enjoying mine in 4 mode group, with AW IMR 18650’s

It's a 3D and in perfect order. No blemishes, or imperfections and even the tube is centred properly.
Only had a TrustFire at 3.88V on hand to try out and it would not do more then 2.55A, which makes for a pleasant hand warmer ;)
Waiting for the Samsung 30Q I ordered the 19th, to do the light justice 8)

Charged to 4.00V it was able to draw 2.71A ... More patience to be practised 0:)
Not sure if it is appropriate to post this here, but Banggood has Samsung 30Q batteries on sale for $5.20 USD. Not a bad price if you don’t mind waiting for them to arrive via slow boat.
I’m really pleased with my light!
BUT I’m struggling with getting my light into the custom mode, I know you need to click the tail cap 15 times but it doesn’t seem to work. I either press too hard and the light switches on or I’m not sure if I’ve pressed it hard enough at all.
Any suggestions?
