That’s kinda cute. Could come in handy for other cars if they have the same bolt-circle, offset, etc.
I do actually recall seeing this a few years ago.
If I remember correctly, it’s a one-and-done kind of thing unless you can store it in the un-collapsed state?
The video shows the tyre folding up again when it’s deflated.

Last thing i want to do is having to inflate a spare tire, Murphy law often at play in situation like that. if you get a flat, it is in the worst time possible, in the worst place possible, the trunk is full, and you are in a rush. F that.
They might as well install run flat tires, not having to include spare, and tools will compensate for more expensive tires.

I have seen those in Porsches Macans - from factory. Also the color of spare wheel (rim) is ugly as hell, so that You change it ASAP
