Not familiar with these P9 but funwok has a lead (link) and the spec sheet would be a 3535 footprint LED non-isolated at ~500 lumens output (3 Amps).
Using shorthand terminology is usually a clone or cheaper version of a popular make. So this light wouldn’t make more than 1500 lumens. And certainly be in the higher temps (6500º). If the strobe is hidden (double click) it may be a nice find.
As for your cells, be careful as there are many counterfeits. Although they may perform adequately they don’t have the stated capacity nor the current capability of the originals.
