Received a relatively large order from CNQgoods (ric) and mostly satisfied but unhappy with my gold Roche F12. The black version was fine. Tried responding to the original email from cnqualitygoods@hotmail.com 5 days ago. No response. Tried a second email today to <sales@cnqualitygoods.com> and it bounced.
I know I have seen others mention contact ric about concerns, but Ill be damned if I can figure out how.
DX for example has an area of the website where you can open a ticket, but can’t figure out how to do it and CNQ. Just stooooopid?
