Convoy l21a with nichia 719a

I’m slightly confused, the spec sheet says that the led should not be getting more than 2 amps, but convoy says the light comes with a 5 amp driver

Is it safe to run this light on turbo and high will it step down and protect the led?

I’m talking about repeatedly using turbo

You are probably looking at another LED configuration. The 719 is a 6v LED and they use a 2.4A driver with it.
This screenshot is from the L21B page, since the L21A does not have the 719 as option.
