In 2018 it was, so I can only guess that now is even more expensive :zipper_mouth_face:
So, shopping and shipping from AliExpress still has some advantages. And in this case, buying from Simon has even more advantages, knowing he is a reputable seller.
Unless you’re chasing numbers 15% difference in max output isn’t gonna make much of a difference and I’d rather have the extra 1000mAh for longer runtime.
I’ve made some corrections to the mode, if flashlight is turned on,tap the switch 20 times quickly to enter into config mode.(On a visual interface,as long as you click on an option, it means that the option is selected. The flashlight has no visual interface. It flashes to represent an option, and “tap the switch in the flashing process” means to select the option.) Option 1 (normal-flash 1 time + buzz-flash): tap the switch to enter into sub-option to select the mode group,If the user has no operation, the config mode will enter option 2.
-------------sub-option 1.1 (normal-flash 1 time) : tap the switch to select mode group 1 (1%、10%、30%、100%)
-------------sub-option 1.2 (normal-flash 2 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 2 (1% 10%、35%、100%、strobe、biking、batcheck)
-------------sub-option 1.3 (normal-flash 3 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 3 (100%、35%、10%、1%)
-------------sub-option 1.4 (normal-flash 4 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 4 (1% 20%、100%、strobe、biking、batcheck)
-------------sub-option 1.5 (normal-flash 5 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 5 (1%、20%、100%)
-------------sub-option 1.6 (normal-flash 6 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 6 (100%、20%、1%)
-------------sub-option 1.7 (normal-flash 7 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 7 (1% 10%、50%、strobe、biking、batcheck)
-------------sub-option 1.8 (normal-flash 8 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 8 (1%、10%、50%)

-------------sub-option 1.12 (normal-flash 12 times) : tap the switch to select mode group 12 (100%)

AliExpress automatically blocked pages from the US site, and I didn’t understand why.
The grey INR18650 is manufactured by EVE Energy Co., Ltd. in China.
Hum, actually, I don’t need them so much for the power but more for the capacity. I have 2 Vapcell T50 used on an Astrolux powerbank, that need to power up some lights instead of being used as powerbank cells.
I was taking a look at the Samsung 40T and they are expensive as F! So I will probably skip them and get cheaper and not so high-drain cells. The T50 will be able to do the rest when I use them on lights :sunglasses:
Thanks for the suggestion of the Litokala Li-M4 as well, I am not familiarized with chargers so these options are welcome
Batteries are shipped via sunyou logistics. You can order it directly ,there are no restrictions

Thank you very much for the reply Simon
Always good to know that
Shipping that from the USA would cost me even more than shipping it from The Netherlands (NKON) and several times more than shipping them from China.
Besides the price of the cells, shipping + custom fees at arrival would be a lot :zipper_mouth_face:
Thanks for the info, though! I’ll keep checking for other deals on those or other lights! :+1:
Just received my Convoy S16 with B35AM 4500k, with the new 2.4A driver, and the LED is smoking at 100%.
I thought going from the 3A to the new 2.4A driver had fixed the B35AM smoking issue, but apparently it has not. At least not in the S16 I received - could be I just got a bad one or something.
It starts smoking within seconds of turning on and going to 100%.
The driver does say “B35AM - 2.4” on it, so I assume it is the new driver.
I hadn’t seen anything about this so I assumed the new 2.4A driver had fixed the issue, so I figured it was safe to buy. Has anyone else had smoking issues with their Convoy B35AM 2.4A lights?
Unfortunately I’ll be applying for a return/refund on this one.
Still, no faith lost in Convoy. Amazing lights. I also bought yet another S21D in the same order, and that is an exceptionally good light.
