Convoy T6 actual programming chart?

Just got a T6. Decided to change the mode programming. Screwed things up!!! I cannot figure out what modes I’m now getting.

I wanted program 1 (4 brightness’ ) and no memory.

What I’m getting is either a 2 mode light, or a 3 mode light. In 3 mode I’m getting either a high, low, and bicycle, or a high, low, and strobe. Neither of those programs appear on the T6 chart. Also, in either of those programs, every time I turn the light on, it’s in the next mode in the sequence (that’s neither memory or no-memory. That’s something entirely different).

I had no problems changing the program with the S6, but this thing is giving me grief!
Is there some way to set the light back to it’s factory default? At least that would be better than the 2 or 3 mode programming its currently stuck in.

Thread bump.
I’m curious about this as well as I just received my T6 SFT-25R 5000K yesterday. It came programmed with 4 modes (I’m presuming 1%, 10%, 30-35%, 100%, memory enabled). Simon’s website listing is confusing in that it initially lists the light as 4-mode, then details 12 mode, but there was no option to choose a preference in the order field. I’m satisfied with the UI as is, but am reticent to attempt reprogramming based on the OP’s experience. I have several Convoy lights and am confident with the process, but this program observation is wierd. Not a big deal, but I don’t want to chance bricking the driver with the possibility of resorting to multiple attempts in programming mode. Does anyone have any thoughts with respect to OP’s experience? @andygold1, any updates?

This light is insane, BTW. Wasn’t able to take it for a proper spin last night as I was charging the included H10 (button top), but in the house it put a couple of of my other compact throwers on notice as far as intensity goes, even with the cell at <3.5V…not too shabby with EUL’s or Eneloops, either.

The groups on the Dual Fuel Drivers are different than the standard 12Group firmware:
For 4 mode you want group1 now:

Thanks. So I’m assuming if I wanted to change the “sub-option” the programming process would be the same as for other 12 mode drivers?

Yes, I believe so.
I’ve changed the group on mine.
I haven’t tried disabling memory mode though.

Figured out what the issue with my T6 is. Turns out the T6 in general does NOT play well with lighted switches. Went back and forth with Simon over this, and that was what he stated.

With the original switch everything works as expected. With the lighted switch, I get all kinds of weird programs. I even get SOS, which does not actually exist on Simon’s chart. Every time I would turn the light on, it would either be in a different mode or different program, and the modes would be totally random. I 'd see something like high, medium, strobe, low, high, SOS, low, high, low, high in one program. It would do whatever it wanted to do with no pattern. Switch back to the original non-illuminated switch and everything works as expected.

Ooohhhh…OK. Reread your OP and didn’t see mention of the lighted switch. Thanks for the clarification. Glad you got it figured out.
