I’m aware, but I don’t really understand the addition of the 54A FET if it’s hold only so it sounds more like a driver design error to me. You can’t keep the switch pressed while holding the handle. It’d be more sensible if there was a remote switch or switch on the handle perhaps.

Thats the whole point though. Short bursts and if it gets too hot you will know immediately.

That 9090 LMP would probably do good in an M21K, I hope that light has a TIR if Simon ever gets around to finishing it. Like an M21H but bigger.

LHP531 with 20mm 20° beaded TIR makes a really nice all-round beam. Not too floody, no clear hotspot. Just a wall of light. In this case, in a T4 with 2*14500. Would probably be a lot brighter in a host with a stronger driver.

That’s a great host for the SFT-90. I have one with an SFT-90 and one with an SBT-90.2 and other than CCT, the beams are very similar

Just received the first LMP LHP73B. Here is, what my Light Master 3 says:
Tested both at 3A with no reflector, just plain LED
Room not fully dark, LightMaster was in the back of a drawer, so still quite dark.
I am quite happy that the 6500K are not 6500K but 6000K.
I will see what light I will make happy with these LEDs.
Just got 5000K and 6500K in 16, 20 and 25mm for testing.
Now I seriously am excited for that 9090 LED from LMP. That’ll be a friggin BEAST!

Looks like it’s greener than LHP531
Tbf, LM4 is somewhat inaccurate with the Windows app already, it’s pretty much just guessing with the phone app 
Left M21E with LMP LHP73B 6500K @ 8A, right S21G with LMP LHP531 5700K @ 10A
Not ideal since the M21E makes a smaller hotspot, but I think you can see that there is a difference and that the 531 is still nicer looking. You can even see the green tint that Qubeet was talking about

I really like the look of the stainless steel bezel for the M21A and M21E, but it does not seem to fit the glass lens. It rattles quite a bit. Does it needs some O-rings?
