Only problem is that just like The Hellcat, you use any significant fraction of those ponies, and you could actually watch the fuel-gauge visibly start heading towards ‘E’.
Wonder what the insurance would be… 
I guarantee you anyone buying this car would no care if gas was $1000 per gallon.
Speaking of sports cars, my mom likes the tail lights of the Ford Mustang.
There’s three of them on each side, and they look really cool when the driver turns on the turn signal.
My mom doesn’t want a Mustang, but she would like a car with Mustang tail lights, though that’s probably not very practical. 
The old Mercury Cougar had those sequential lights.

Maintenance costs for the Vette are probably more than most people can afford 
Oh, yeah, you’re right. 
Still, I think the Mustang does a better job with their sequential lights.
Because we live in an area with a bunch of rich people, we get to see fancy cars pretty often, though the Mustang isn’t the fanciest car that we see on a regular basis.
I’ve seen McLarens and Lamborghinis and Ferraris, oh my!
Now those are pricey sports cars.
