I was hanging around on Ebay and i found a flashlight that use CR2 battery and my first question was “Why CR123 is used and CR2 not?”.
Capacity is almost the same and CR2 is smaller! There are also (few) rechargeable CR2 battery, so what’s the problem with that?
So i decided to try!
Now i need advice:
- CR2 flashlight?
- CR2 Rechargeable battery?
Charger for CR2 battery (with 2 indipendent channel)?
I see some surefire and nitecore, Ultrafire CR2 rcr battery and xtar Mp2… Any other options??
Thanks everyone for the answer… I have always something to learn on BLF! Fortunately there is always someone that has the patience to give me my “lesson”!
Thanks again!
I bought third party CR2 battery holders for my Arc LS lights — they’re very convenient, a lot smaller in the pocket than even the twisty CR123 battery case.
I’d like to see someone make a CR2 case for the BLF MINI light.
