Custom design of a XHP-70 Flood Light System (Updated Photos 7/11/16)

Thanks

Good feedback! And it will hide the recesses with the bezel of the front face. I didnā€™t think of that. Thank you!
Any other feedback is welcome. If i can improve it let me know before i start production of a few.

I like it

Update.

Tried on the Medium narrow lens which is a lot narrower beam than the wide lens just to see the reach. Even with the medium narrow, the beam is quite bloody.

See beam comparison of the lights used and the custom light. It does provide a hell of a lot of light. It wasnā€™t designed to be a thrower, it was designed to be a flood.

The contenders:
As you can see the custom light isnā€™t that big for the amount of light out of it. Had to make it that size for heat dissipation so that it can run 100% for hours without overheating. Otherwise it could have been made a lot smaller.

Beam shots of all the lights. Maybe someone can do a GIF?

Custom Light

Wow, I like how much it puts the M7 to shame! :smiling_imp:

I see mention of ā€œdrivers from Russiaā€ in Post #11, but donā€™t see a link or PN. Did I miss it?

So did the battery pack come together as planned? How long will it run on 100%?

Great light.

Will these be for sale?
