Customers have reported three common high-frequency issues with LED strips. Seeking solutions from industry peers!

Dear colleagues in the lighting industry, Our store has recently received multiple after-sales reports regarding LED strips. After attempting several conventional solutions, some issues persist. We are posting this thread specifically to seek your advice, hoping we can collectively find a more reliable solution!

  1. When encountering “breakpoint” issues with RGB light strips, besides replacing connectors and controllers, are there other underlying causes ?

  2. For 220V LED strips experiencing flickering, is upgrading to an isolated driver necessary? How much would this increase costs? Are there any compromise solutions?

  3. Regarding adhesive issues with LED strip backing, do you have any reliable adhesive suppliers to recommend? Or should we adjust the installation instructions on product packaging (e.g., advising customers to wipe the mounting surface beforehand and let it rest for 24 hours)?

If any colleagues have encountered similar issues, we welcome you to share your solutions. Should you have any recommended testing tools or technical approaches, please don’t hesitate to share them! We hope to work together to strengthen product quality control and reduce post-sales losses.
