After I chomped through the o-rings that Hank supplied with my D3AA, I decided to try the ones that came with my Lumintop Ring King and they fit perfectly. So, I did some measuring. 16.5mm ID and 1mm thick.
I then found them on Amazon and tried them out. And waddya know… perfect! Here’s my D3AA with the new o-ring. And I’ve even made it easy for you to order some. There’s a barcode to take you to Amazon to order your own.

I recently got some o-rings with slightly different in size. (ODxIDxCS as shown)
I measured the tube where the o-ring sit. The width is 17.6 mm.
I put 19x17x1 and it did fit well. A bit harder to screw in than stock o-ring. 18.5x16.5x1 also fit.
Then I tried the one with 1.5mm CS and as expected it’s too thick to screw in.
So an o-ring with ID at 17 mm maybe even 17.5 mm or below should work. The CS must be 1 mm.

I have 2 D3AA and I broke an o-ring on the red one about 2 weeks ago. I did lubricant after replace with a spare one and it didn’t happen again (for now) but I decided to order some new one anyway
Back to the o-ring. Here is a comparison between stock and the new one (19x17x1). You can see that the stock one is quite a bit smaller

Forgive me for resurrecting the thread. Currently I am on the process of ordering some o-rings. Thanks to this thread I have the initial measurements for the d3aa body o-rings. I am planning to buy some extra for the bezel too. Do you have measurements for the bezel o-ring? Appreciate the info.
A set with o-ring is always worthy to have around, and doesn’t cost that much… ! Just saying… !?
I asked Hank for a couple of replacements with a subsequent order after tearing one of the o-rings in mine and he said it was no problem.
And he sent me THIS! I’m set for life…
I used the extra o-ring sent with my Lumintop Ring King. Haven’t had to replace it yet. And that’s the one I measured and originally posted about. It’s been great
