AliExpress is screwy.
Frequently, other BLF members post AE links, and they don’t work for me.
This link does work for me, though.
If I were interested in this type of flashlight, I think I would order it.
When I try to buy, it shows up Paypal and Credit Card only for paying. I’ll not take the risks, because I think I wont be able to get a refund in case of a scam. If AE could process my paying, I would give a shot.
I bought my HK08 for about 3 times the price (also on AliExpress), and I concider that a grate deal. This would be segnificantly cheaper than even a Q8 plus, so I am very sceptical. The item seems to have some orders though, so hopefully some item reviews come soon.
“The store is only open 8 months, looks like it has a fake or questionable address in Spain, and a random email-address at a free email-provider, and sells items for 20% or less of their worth. Plus of course the fake 100% postive reviews.”
EDIT December 16, 2024 (3 weeks after original post) I am glad I took screen shot because otherwise there will be no proof. The feedback now shows numerous complaints. It’s as if they are in cahoots with Aliexpress, or found an extremely clever way to cheat the system. How else could the feedback not showed earlier, with identical store’s name?
I will, for sure. No telling how long shipping from Turkey will take. It says 5 to 7 days, but I sincerely doubt that.
First hurdle is to see if I get a shipping confirmation/tracking number.
I’m not sure why people dislike this light. It can outputs real 60k lumens, has regulated driver that can sustains 4k for 1h, has built in charger and power bank feature. The only issue is the 75 degrees it can reach…
Personally, I think this is where one must be especially skeptical and cautious of a “follow the leader” ploy.
“Mandrake” reports a successful transaction to the forum, which triggers “cannga” et al to follow suit. Unfortunately for the followers, their experiences are less so! Tis’ the season for the creative scammer.
