Why aren't these available anywhere?? I know they exist, I have some right in front of me...
left: 8mm TR-J18 & Securitying; right: 9mm, various larger lights
(and no, the different versions added recently at Fasttech aren't what I'm looking for, they are both listed as '9mm' but that is the outside diameter, the raised part is 7mm)
Am I going to have to buy some tubing and make the stupid things myself? |(

Great question. The top on in the OP looks like the ones in the earlier TR-3T6's. I really like those and would buy a bunch if I could find that exact type.

Still hoping one of us finds a source for the top one in the Comfy's OP picture.
If the raised ring that fits in the hole in the reflector is the same size, the rest of it really doesn't matter much. Even the thickness isn't all that critical, they can be sanded thinner or glued to a shim to make them thicker. I've even made them from scratch but the tricky part is keeping the raised part concentric with the LED (and also the right size - I usually get the parts either nice and round and pretty, or about the right size, but rarely both at the same time).
