Has anybody ever had any issues with DinoDirect? Not getting there orders? Its been 5 week and did not get my LED flashlight order and now I’m getting the run around.

Welcome to BLF. Unlike DD, we are here to help. You have to have low expectations and have a gambler’s mindset to shop there. Two words, Paypal dispute. Assuming, of course you still have time on the clock.
Personally, I try to stick to Shiningbeam, Solarforce, HKE, and Meritline.
My only other advice is to keep at them and you might get lucky.
Dino direct isn't normally slow ...But i was talking to _the _ who has been waiting for a little over a month for a light from dino direct ..i'd contact Summer or do a paypal dispute if it's getting close to 45 days
You will be a lot healthier and less stressed with your flashlight and accessories that go with them if you avoid Dino-Direct altogether. Take it from me. I sure am. I no longer have to listen to their bogus lies and whether or not they are going to send me what I ordered without screwing up. I found out when 5 out of the 6 orders I placed with them got screwed up or not what I ordered or were delayed in shipping that equilvaltes to 83.3% of the time they were going to mess up my order or take a long time to get. That’s not the kind of people I want to do business with. Sure they made good later on and corrected or compensated me for my troubles after a fight on their chat-line in which everybody seems to be named Sharon. LOL! But that is besides the point of why I order from anyone in the first place. They could offer me a $100 flashlight for free. And I honestly would pass. I don’t want their deals or any future dealing with Dino-Direct. It’s that simple. I gave them every opportunity to improve and they let me down big time.
You should get it before 45 days. If not file with PP

I have 11 not received packages from DinoDirect.
Most of them should have arrived since 3 or 4 weeks ago.
From the 15 pending, only have arrived abut 4, and 3 of them had been open by the Chinese customs, returned to dinodirect, and sent again to me (the packages were open, and had china customs stickers)
Also I have 1 pending package from ebay…
The problem is not only DinoDirect… is China
I don’t usually have problems with ebay sellers from China. But I usually have problems with DD when I ordered from them. So I will respectfully have to disagree.
I’ve received email confirmation from DD that my order was shipped out on 15/07/2012. Suffice to say till today the package was nowhere to be seen. Following advice from fellow BLFer, I PMed Summer who advised me to contact DD customer service which I did. To cut the story short the CS asked me to check with my local post office and if not successful to contact DD again on 15/09/2012.

Right. So far I have received all packages from DD in 10 days to about four weeks.
Now I have two shipments "missing" (read: delayed). Those were ordered 7/26 and 7/27 and shipped 7/27 and 7/31 (= about 5 weeks ago).
On the other hand, I already received one packet which was ordered 8/21 and shipped 8/24 (received 8/30!!)
That would explain. Hmm..
I will contact their support at 40 days (and Paypal at 44 days, if the issue is not solved)
as i am typing a comment for you, im dealing with a problem with them right now. I ordered a 5 pc set of pen/guestbook ,etc for my wedding and i received only 3 out of 5. Paid 83.00 for it.

well, they just solved the problem, they are gonna send the remaining 2. This is my first order from DD and already i have a problem. I don’t think i want to shop here again unless i desperately need something….
at the end, person on livechat gave me a 10% off discount coupon…wow…, i rather have them add a little something in my order instead…
btw, i had to wait around 5 weeks to receive my order…looks like im gonna have to wait a little more longer to receive the rest…

I have only one problem with DD they sent the wrong light but they are working on it. It's been months.
And YES, that was it! I got one of my "missing" packages today. It was treated exactly as fran82 said.
Maybe Chinese customs don't like the "DATE LINE" declaration.. ;)
