Putting it here seems to say that Dino direct offered it to BLF thru Summer, which they didn't ..Makes me think twice about who and what Summer is up to..

That's a very good point, I agree with your thinking. They are selling the UF2100 at about 40-50% less than other stores, however we were not "officially" informed. Why they don't do the same offer for what BLF users are asking for, for example the HD2010? What's the catch?
Boaz is right, I don’t even think “Summer/Kelly/Kreisler” had anything to do with the price drop, as I mentioned it is a different light from what I requested in page1 quote. I’m new to 18650/xml, and just the day before was asking Old-Lumens if I needed to change anything for an XML/XRE swap in a similar light after he already sold his mod. After searching for this uf2100, it shows everyone raved about this light in last year’s groupbuy, well before my time, so I asked “summer” about it, and just in time, price drops to $10. Doesn’t really matter if the DinoKreisler had anything to do with it (I missed the argument if “Summer/Kreisler” is really a DD rep or not), apologies if I stepped on anyone’s toes with the quote, but the fact is, $10 is a hell of a price on something I was looking for, saving me from a few xml swaps from lights I already had. I contacted the site which has the light for $30.70, and just to see how much to price would drop I asked them what would the unit price be for up to 20 pieces... the reply today was $28.70... so now I believe even more that Summer could give us an better offer than $28.70... come on Summer!

I would imagine the Eagtac is a better light, but it’s £40 for the non-clicky version in the UK. It’s a brand not easily obtainable from the usual suspects (in China) - where are you getting yours from Kreisler? I see there are a few German sellers.

Germany has many many Eagtac sellers incl ebay and amazon, amazon marketplace and price search engines. It is also the most popular brand in Germany after Fenix (see number of threads per brand). Some dealers deliver even with FREE shipping (for 45€+ orders). I think that HKE has applied for authorized Eagtac dealership.. i got no details on their business sorry. Maybe CN dealers get rejected?
It's also one of the few brand name products for which dealers (incl amazon) are willing to reduce prices (price drops due to new updated LED modules or the competitive street prices).
It seems that they found out these “nice prices”… so they “recovered” themselves and added a few bucks to make up their loss
