sad your driver died, I hope you find a solution
suggest you ask lumintoplighting@foxmail.com
also consider asking thefreeman, I think he makes a FWAA driver, not sure about the details… thefreeman’s HDR Anduril 2 high efficiency drivers - update : FWxA boost driver - #365 by thefreeman

The only way to kill the driver is to wire it up incorrectly. A bad or incorrect flash would not kill the chip and can just be reflashed.
For next time, this is what you want so you don’t have to solder to the chip:
Here’s the one I purchased for around $1 USD: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002401591048.html

Sorry. If you follow my link, you will see that clamp will not work. I have the clamp and reflashed 3 FW3A drivers.
I had 6 tiny solder pads I attached to. 2 pads ripped off and may have damaged the chip connection.
It does not power up at all. Not a firmware issue.
Edit: follow this link https://www.reddit.com/r/flashlight/comments/vt13xj/fwaa_v22_driver_flashing_pads_described/

Oh, now I see. I didn’t realize they changed to a different chip package. My FWAA has the older SOP-8 package so it was an easy reflash.

Yep. I didn’t realize it until I took the driver out. Ugh. Not a good surprise. I think it’s doable but very fragile and not a good process to do repeatedly. Might be good to put together some dupont wires as a makeshift pin adapter instead of soldering onto the pins.
