I’m interested in the DPS3012. Do you also sell power supplies to power the DPS3012? I see the Vin is 6-40 Vdc. Where can I find it?

sorry, we don’t sell power supply to power our devices because there are already enough on the market, you can search “36V switch power supply“on Aliexpress and it will have discount at the end of August.

You should get a source for power supplies that your equipment works well with. Many of your customers will appreciate being able to buy all at one stop, besides also the assurance that the power supply will work for them. Buying from eBay or AliExpress, or other shops can be a gamble. It’s better that you do the research instead and provide known-to-work options directly to your customers. If that is not possible for any reason, the next best thing would be that you find the power supply options that do work well, and then provide a link to them on your website. That way, at least the customer doesn’t have to wonder if it will work after they buy it.

I think you just contradicted yourself there. If most of them are ok, and we shouldn’t worry, then why are you worried about their quality when considering sourcing them for your customers? Your engineers should be better able to secure good quality power supplies than your customers can. At least you could test a few of them and give your customers some recommendations!

in fact , don’t worry, we have add many protection for our products, so even you choose some cheaper AC-DC converter, it will be ok
I can’t change the AC-DC power , I only add more protection on our products to let it to be suitable for most AC-DC power supply
so don’t worry

Design Suggestion:

Add a connector on the display panel so that users have the option of adding auxiliary buttons for the four buttons in front.

See picture below. Mod on a DPS5020 display panel.
