I'm new and a non expert but the Torch looks beautifully machined, even the battery holder.
Guessing that the runtimes with 3 18650s even at full power will be very long, maybe 6-8 hours ?
And the wide range of power and the fact that you DON'T need the proprietary charger is great.
If they are parallel wired , does this mean that in a pinch the light would also run on 1 or 2 18650s as well ?
Anyway- a great gift for a son who likes gadgets and torches, of course.
