Leaftye, it has high and low mode for strobe and normal illumination. The battery alone weighs 1.35kg too!
Funny video, like the bucket at the end, the light does seem to have water inside the lens, big fail!
i was waiting for some beam shots, what a boring video, just watching a flashlight get a hose down.
But they look cool don’t they? I would like to see a real-world demonstration of the high beam.

Water getting inside from what I would consider to be equivalent of heavy rain.
Complete fail, and I'm guessing it costs as much as some cheap cars.
Of course any government will buy them by the truckload, after all it's very tacticool.
