You could probably get one made up easily enough. Plenty of suppliers for MOLLE kit, usually in various colours, though I assume you’d want black?
Also consider Police duty kit and CCW type shops, where you’ll find a plethora of pistol magazine pouches. Most of these will be single or double, but they do others as well. Flap top, open top, sprung, elasticated, Velcro™, QR buckle - Loads of different methods of attachment, and securing the contents. You’re spoilt for choice!
Just look for the ones designed for lower calibres and smaller capacity magazines.
