I recently ordered a Ebay HID for 30 gbp which is equal to 48 dollars and 50 cents. Naturally I kind of expected this to be a scam, but I have a tracking number which seems to be updating. 
So the question is "Deal of the century or a coin from the turn of the century?" ;)

I can just feel the ebay fees rising….
I looked through his 335 feedbacks. Feedback List by his name says 302 feedbacks. When you click on the feedbacks takes you to his feedback page and there it says 335 feedbacks?
Another thing is on the sale page you linked it says he has sold 29 of these. But when I searched through his feedback not one feedback was form a HID sale. Did you win this or buy it now?

Edited: When you click on the 29 sold it gives you another list and all where sold for GPB 20.00. All in the last five days. No feedback yet I guess. Good luck. 
Buy it now, which is slightly suspicious but I can hope. There was one feedback left for a HID light which was bought at the same price as mine. (Which was positive)

Yep, I will be very happy if I get it. If it ends up like the Skyray King deal then I'll get on the phone and talk to ebay. Then I'll get my money back and do it over again. ;)
Brad just pointed out to me that a different seller has them selling for the same price. (30 gbp) I'm gonna guess this is the same guy selling them on a different account, but it's worth a shot. ;)

if you see small envelope… don’t bother to open it, just take pictures, but if it seems like a big envelope that can fit a flashlight…

Did you get a refund at least? I certainly plan on taking lots of pictures, and if it is a small package I'll get my mailman to return to sender. :)
return to sender is a great idea… surprised i havent heard of people doing that yet. just hope its not a box of rocks with some packing peanuts to throw you off

Even if it's that I will return to sender. I know my mailman fairly well so I'll bet if I opened it up and found it was a scam I could just tape it close and give it back to him.
