I ordered a Niwalker BK-FA01 and BK-FA02 from www.edcplus.com back when they first came out. Since getting them, I noticed the clear o-rings that seal the body to the head were getting all chewed up. Well today, out of the blue, I received a letter in the mail with 6 o-rings from Jason at EDC+. Apparently, Niwalker had shipped the lights with too large of o-rings for the lights and it was causing them to get chewed up and snap. I didn’t even have to ask for the o-rings, they just came in the mail. I don’t think there are a lot of dealers out there that will just send out new parts at their own expense without you having to ask. To me, that is the definition of amazing customer service.

I had a light go bad and other than it had to go back to the factory Jason was great to deal with.
If you email him he gets right back to you super fast.
And they upgraded the light to the new model.
I agree. Jason has a great reputation for a reason. He has earned it the old-fashsioned hard way. Selling good products and giving great customer service.
Always glad to hear this kind of stuff. I’ve been eyeballing a few lights from them, like the Xeno E03 with the Nichia 219 in it.
