Ordered 31.08, shipped 05.09. Only very first impressions yet. Ceiling bounce test shows same or even a little less output as my older model Olight SR mini, but G20 wasn’t fully charged and has warmer tint. The side button too sensetive for my taste. And as expected gets hot very fast on turbo. 
Well, like everybody here (I believe) I would prefer 1000-1500LM mode between turbo and 650LM.
I want to buy it but I’ll wait for the first reviews. The mode spacing doesn’t convince me but if it can keep the turbo mode for at least 3 min and throws 3000 real lumen I’ll buy it, if not, I’ll get the Acebeam EC 50 II

I guess I belong to the other camp 
. I love my G20 protruding side switch because none of my flashlights give this kind of tactile feel. It is much comfortable to use and you still have lockout option to prevent accidental trigger by holding both buttons at the same time during OFF state.

Would it be blasphemy to plan to swap out the XHP70 that comes in the light to a 4000k MT-G2 when i get it?
Why would you want to do that? You can buy the light with MT-G2 already in it, it is called a G30.
I already bought this one and awaiting its delivery. if i don’t like the tint of the XHP70 in it or if its to cool-white, it will get a MT-G2 most likely.

I like the form factor of the G20 better that the G30, but in order to stop the growth rate of my flashlight collection I only order lights that comes in neutral tint.
Did order a cool white HR20 though, but swapped the emitter to a 219c.
Next in line to the Nichia 219B/C, the MT-G2 has the best consistent tint of any Cree emitter i have. (and a good neutral tint is important for a general purpose light to me)
