I just received my most recent Convoy order.
I decided to put the F45R into an M21A donor that had a hideous xhp50.3 in it, with an MTN Fet driver.
With the F45R and a tame battery, it is pulling a hair over 12 amps on turbo, which should work pretty good.
The tint is fairly pleasing and this should have a nice little chunk of throw with the SMO reflector.

Could you comment on F150R in M21K please?
I’m almost convinced that that I will like it more than LHP73B that I have, but it’s all numbers ATM…

I like the F150 in the M21K.
I am curious how many more amps the emitter can safely handle though.
Pretty soon I’ll be doing an F150 build with a more substantial driver than the one in the M21K. I’d like to push the emitter to failure.
If you’re looking for more throw, the F150R beats the LHP73B hands down.

Yes. I have 2 M21K lights.
Both started life as LHP73B, but I’ve since swapped out both emitters at this point.
The other one has an NV1010 in it now.

I was just looking at the M21C-U and might be a perfect host to try this led with the 22mm INML driver 
That could be a nice option. For some reason, that host was never on my radar.

Received my M21K with F150R in the mail. Beamshots tonight. Apparently the opple light master on Amazon takes weeks to arrive.
