Factory Reset Lumentop FW3A ?

Does any one know if it’s possible to factory reset light without any programmer or such? My wife grabbed flashlight from me and started clickity clakity and the light was making all sorts of brightness…

This is what Google found:

To do a factory reset: Loosen the tailcap, hold the button, tighten the tailcap, then keep holding the button for 3 seconds. The light should flash an increasingly bright warning, during which time the user can let go to abort without any changes. Then after 3 seconds, it gives a bright flash and fades back to nothing.Jul 14, 2019

Thank you. I saw that before posting. Did not work. Just turns on light normally. I believe she just converted it to Stepping. And place it back to ramp. Seems like it’s back to normal. Thank you.

Click 13 times and holds the 13th click I believe.

Holding the button while tightening the tailcap does not work on the FW series because of its construction. Use 13H (click 13 times and hold the last one) until the light has flickered and turned off. But on most FW lights the firmware is too old and has no reset feature.
