Fasttech - interesting new products - Flashlights, chargers, batteries and DIY and knives - please no discussions.

Ah. So, in other words, I’m missing the point? Good point.

I post the other pics, because Chloe post only the pistole - I like the cake :)

Lots off lights, leds and a driver on the new product page for today (tonight here).

Yay! Someone has been listening!!

me like this one very much :stuck_out_tongue:

45mm diameter so not too dissimilar from EA4. Are 32650 bigger than 26650 cells?

I thought this looked familiar. I almost dismissed it.

The Trustfire TR-A9 uses four 14500's. $43.84. Meh.

This is the Trustfire TR-A9-2. This thing is built for a 32650. $27.10. Side clickie. Okay, now that's interesting. The threads don't appear to be anodized like they were for the TR-A9 though.

Thanks! I was just about to look into this. Now I like it! Beamshot is too purple though, the driver might be tough to upgrade, and the tube walls seem awful thin.

The most interesting things for me are the XM-L2 NW LED today (not on copper). You can save 5% with BLF

All are available with a 16mm round base or a 20mm star base:

T6-3B 5000-5200K ($4,05), T6-4C 4200-4500K ($4,50), T5-5B1 4000-4200K ($4,50). My link - non aff-link

well, the 32650 are 32 milimeters wide and the 26650 are 26 milimeters wide, so they (32650) are a bit larger…

This TR-0124 6.5A driver $8.46 ($8.03 after BLF code) looks like it might be pretty good for an MT-G2 mod in a 3 cell light (12v). The model number of the driver in the picture show TR-0163A. Not sure if that's a mistake or not but I will open a ticket with FT to confirm if the picture is correct. Also not sure how it is only 10W if it is 6.5A. That would mean it only pushes 1.5v to the LED, no?

Thank you! I will have to do some research on these larger cells.

Width 32 mm
To big for 3T6 :_(

Prive $40 with BLF $38. My link - non aff-link

Fenix E50 $61,40, with BLF you will save 5%. My link - non aff-link

What does this mean? Sorry? I want a E50 badly!

It looks like FastTech is selling their last few Fenix LD01 R4 units and has been blacklisted (due to MAP) from ever buying any more. At least, the product page for it suggests something along these lines. Might be a good time to pick one up before they’re gone.

I’ve thought about it, but what I really want is the stainless steel limited edition (LD01R4-SS). The plain black aluminum one isn’t as appealing to me. So, I’ll probably do a DQG Tiny AAA IV instead. Although the LD01 R4 is often considered the best 1xAAA light around, it’s also one of the bigger and more expensive 1xAAA products.
