Is there a better battery for this than a Milicel P42A?
Milicel P42A/Samsung 40T or you MIGHT get a little more brightness out of Samsung 30T (3000mah) at the cost of runtime.
ordered the fw21 pro. at this point i have so many items i’m waiting for that i won’t be buying anything for a while. the lt1s i ordered from sofirn haven’t had tracking updates for over two weeks and other items including the fw3c are in a similar status. i ordered this for its modding potential - not partial to cool white emitters.
the popups on nealsgadgets are annoying and are hindering me from shopping. is there a way to stop them?

well we are in this boat together…its not lumintops or neals fault really… shipping will be slow for a very long time ahead sadly i have no updates on a banggood order also soon 2 weeks not much to do just wait… this corona pandemic probably will last through the year atleast… maybe next year things get better hopefully. best is to just forget u have ordered any lights and oneday u will get them.

When can we expect 5000k?
The 3V XHP50.2 is only made in 6200K and 7000k. Sounds like they are using the 6200k. Unless Cree introduces a new version or the Pro is reworked for a different emitter, there will never be a neutral white version available.

Lying implies that it is intentional. Latest data sheet from Cree does state that there are only two tints 7000K and 6200K.
