I have the Fenix C7. Recently it stopped charging. After some laborious research (thanks proprietary information) and tinkering i found that the white wire from the charging port came disconnected. The solder joint broke off after the light was exposed to some higher heat than it should have. The issue I have is after removing the led board from the head it exposes this pill that I cannot seem to remove. I can see that the wire should be soldered back underneath this plate and around the corner of the board vertically positioned underneath it. I have tried turning both directions, pulling and even pushing from the bottom to no avail. Any tips on how I can gain access to what lie between this plate and the positive terminal board for the battery? A picture is attached.
