Few questions about Armytek

I’ve talked about this with chat gpt, but chat gpt is giving me a very complicated answer.

I’m hoping one of you guys has a better answer.

Who owns this company ?

Where is it based ? The info on the internet says they’re Canadian, but about also German and also BeloRussian but they’re built in China, so what is it ?

Also have any of you dealt with their customer service, was their customer service good and quick ?

Do they speak English ?

Is a customer service based in Belarus or Canada or China ?

And also I’d like to know if their reliability has improved.

I know they had a pretty big failure rate when they first started

Maybe this helps:

Don’t believe this nonsense, Amrytek is a premium company with superb reliability. As for warranty claims, what exactly are you expecting? Best case scenario is they will replace the light or the part free of charge but you may pay shipping. This is somewhat standard. I say somewhat because its up to the company to determine how to handle this.

As for Amytek, they are up there with Fenix and Acebeam. Different league than Convoy and Wurkkos.

I hope this helps you make a decision.

They are a Canadian company who “happens” to own a few production plants in China.
The Canadian address in a business area is rather new, after a few nosy people found out that their previous address was located in a residential area.
Their European HQ is Jonasstraße 6, Moabit, 10551 Berlin, Deutschland (Germany). See picture below.

My armytek switch fails with extended usage in sub 20F degrees. It returns to normal if allowed to warm up. Wizard pro V3 circa 2016ish.

Dont care who is owner, who made or where is it registered , but I don’t like it because of overpricing and aggressive marketing.
