So, my order didn’t go too well. Ordered the reflector version and some spare rings.

Spare rings aren’t the same as the spares supplied with the light, they’re tiny. But more annoying is I got sent a TIR :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

@Fireflylite-Ivy Just on a sidenote, will the FFL707A 1800 K be available as bare emitter again? Want to buy some of these.

Yep. I’m still wanting to know if the red ano is the same across the board. It equals sales as I’d be colour matching, but one rep says yes, the other says no.

I also have an email from Fiona Firefly to say she’s taking over customer service from now on.

This TIR can go back, considering the driver issues with the NOV-Mu and the tint lottery, order errors and unanswered questions, I’m kind of wondering whether it’s worth continuing.

Edit: Credit where credit’s due, I just took the TIR out and can say it’s a much nicer beam than the Acebeam E75 it’s replacing and the tint is bang on.

While we didn’t add this option, you can place the other type emitter and leave a note to tell me help you change it to the 1800k will be ok.
