About to pull the string on a gray Solarforce L2P (with a MF XML dropin), had some questions on the lens ....
Does the L2P come with a coated lens? Reading some posts, some think they do, others don't. Can anyone confirm?
If Solarforce doesn't ship a coated lens, looks like theres some good reviews on the KDs lens that will fit s L2P. For $2.29 for a 28mm x 2mm, a cheap upgrade to get 7-10% more OTF lumens.

Anyway I ordered it already. Only 3 bucks. The triple nichia won’t be that bright anyway (compared to xml2s and stuff) so the extra 5-10% light should be nice.
