▶ Flashlights with BLF User Interfaces - Master List ◀

Hi Sam! Just wanted to inform you that I linked this thread in the ANDURIL USER MANUAL thread as many people were inquiring for a list of Anduril lights. Hope that is ok. Figured it was best to send them here so they could find what they were looking for. :+1:

Nice and useful lists.
One thing missing IMO is the year those lights where first made available.

Hi!

Nice idea, thank you :THUMBS-UP:

Good idea about the year of availability :THUMBS-UP:

Working on it ...

Some of these lights are missing Anduril features. For example, one feature I really like is the manual memory. But the Astrolux EC01 does not have it. Why do the manufacturers do this? Maybe a “Pure Anduril” notation is needed to indicate those lights that won’t leave the purchaser unpleasantly surprised.

Manual memory was added over the summer. Anything made before that won’t have it.

Also, I have no idea how the EC01 was made. I wasn’t involved at all, and don’t know what they used.

As a general guideline, if a light doesn’t have a build target in the code repository, it’s not really supported. It typically means that I wasn’t involved and whoever made it didn’t send code upstream. As long as the code is available from the distributors, it’s not a license violation… but it’s still not exactly playing nice.

In the case of the EC01, it doesn’t appear to be following the license. Banggood’s page for it has a link to the upstream source code, but I don’t see any way to get the actual code they used on the EC01 itself. So at a glance it looks like a license violation. A lot of people seem to completely misunderstand what open-source means, and break the license without realizing it. I suppose I should add that to my todo list… anyone know who was involved in making it?

OP Updated:

  • added HaikeLite HK04
  • added Meote FM1

After the S41/42 performance & ui and some other QC issues I’ve heard about (not sure if true) I didn’t want their lights. And now this. Steering clear.

Thanks so much for compiling this list, Sam. Can you please add a link for the Emisar D4SV2 in the OP? The current link for the D4S doesn’t display the correct UI guide. Not sure how to post a picture to this site without hosting it myself so here’s the link to Hank’s page with the correct UI guide.

Sofirn IF25 appears to be a derivative.

Thank you very much Blackout for your input but I'm afraid you're a bit mistaken. Emisar DVSV2 and all variants are long time on the list with the correct UI guide. The original Emisar D4S however has different (familiair) firmware called RampingIOS and logically has a different UI guide (actually one could choose both firmwares for the D1 Mini). All UI Sheat Sheets are strait from ToyKeeper website and always up-to date ;-)

Thank you Hugh. It appears so but I don't think so. Do you have any source for that please so we can verify ...

No source for IF25. Assumed it was an adaptation from LT1 with tint ramping.

Hey Sam. I looked again and now see that the list is categorized by the firmware each light is running and not by the brand of light. When I originally looked at the list and saw all of the Emisars grouped together under the RampingIOS, I thought that was the entire list of Emisar lights and was asking you to add the D4SV2. Now I see that the D4SV2 is further down and appropriately located with the other lights running Anduril.

The amount of the information on this site is incredible. Thanks for taking the time to organize this list and to all the others who share their knowledge with us.

OP Updated:

added Convoy S2
added Convoy M1
added Convoy M2
added Convoy C8
added Convoy M21C
added Convoy M26C

All Convoy flashlights on the main list are available with the new 17mm SST40 driver with Biscotti firmware.
(20 and 22mm drivers with Biscotti will be available after Chinese Spring Festival)

Does anyone make a 14500 Anduril light? A ToolAAish light with Anduril would be a great EDC imo.

None yet that I know of… which is why there is an “Interest List” for such a light (Anduril AA/14500 flashlight).
(I believe the GT Micro’s NarsilM firmware might be flashable to Anduril. GT Micro uses 14500 only but not AA)
