Got mine, look great, only played with one so far. Tested in a couple of my recent cheap ebay lights, one great, one hmmm, typical ebay.

I put that one in my B6 hobby charger clone, showed 4.20v, put it on charge and it went immediately to CV at .5A, ramping slowly down over 45 min or so.

I use a cheap gutted slide holder wall charger, and the 18650 is tight, very tight since I haven’t wired it up and need to use clips, which may change prior to more testing.

I have received the package with 30 batteries which came surprisingly fast - sent December 2nd, received December 12th. I saw on package that 18sixfifty actually paid more than than 30$ for shipping but he didn`t charge me extra.

Tested them with a multimeter and they were all from 4.03V to 4.05V except for one which had 1.46V so I will toss it.
Charged 4 of them in Coolook PB-2000 battery-bank overnight and in the morning they all were precisely 4,17V (I guess that charger is not charging them fully), so it`s good that they were exactly the same.
Some time next year I will receive Liitokala charger and I will test the capacity for some of them.

DZY re charging for the first time in that Coolook, HKJ recommends charging each cell individually first, in his review at Review: USB battery box 4x18650 Coolook PB-2000

When using multiple batteries, remember that they must have the same voltage when put into the box, easiest way to do this is to charge all batteries first.

Thanks for the information, I have overlooked this information about Coolook previously.
Additionaly, I have received LiitoKala Lii-300 charger (for which I will later write a little overview which will fill the gap until HKJ properly reviews it) and have been playing almost non-stop with it and have discharged some Sanyo blue-tops from 18sixfifty and here are the results for some of them:

Lii-300 charger overcharges the batteries and I have posted the voltage after it has done measuring the capacity and recharged the batteries. It seems that charger discharges to about 2,7-2,8V, judging from the display but the voltage of a discharged battery without a load is ~3,3V.
mR readings of Lii-300 seem to varie greatly for each individual cell on different insertions and they are provided just for the reference.

NICE and thanks for posting your results. That is pretty consistent with what I have been getting although I’m averaging closer to 2300 or so. Still that is really fantastic for $1 batteries. If you think of it this way using your records it’s only $2 for 4400mAh. Nothing else around even comes close to that for value. Plus these are a lot higher amps than the average 3200 panasonic that costs big bucks.
