Hey! I can’t help if the hippy grammar school I attended as a youngster used us in a failed Hooked on Phonics experiment in the early ’70s. Besides, it’s our shortcomings that build character; we all have innate gifts, but spelling isn’t always the one we get. For instance, I got humor.

Cool I can definitely use it. I too was a victim of phonics. I can read fast and comprehend just fine, but I can’t spell to save my life.
