✌ FREEME - ASTROLUX EC03 3*CREE XHP50B-3V 6700lm Andúril 21700/ 18650 Flashlight - from $

Original deal has expired but i will request for new one next week.

Hi Freeme! Interested in SST40 version?!

Hi Freeme, are codes still available?
I’d love one EC03 SSt40 5000, and another EC03 XHP50.2 5700
thanks

I would pickup another xhp50 ec03 if it came in 5700k as well. Still one of my favorite lights x definitely my favorite budget light!

Sofirn is now selling the Sofirn EC03 (as well as the Sofirn EC01) flashlight in the various Sofirn stores.
(as previously surmised, Astrolux EC03 is manufactured by Sofirn, even if it’s under “Astrolux” brand)

Maybe it’s possible to encourage Sofirn to do another batch of EC03 / EC01 with XHP50.2 5000k/5700k.

Side comment:

(I notice Sofirn may release a cool-white and neutral-white version of certain flashlights, but after a while, they stop releasing the neutral-white version:

eg. Sofirn SD05 used to come with XHP50.2 6500k and XHP50.2 5000k (although may not be true 5000k, probably 5400-5700k), but now SD05 only comes in cool-white.

The same thing goes for the Sofirn Q8 Pro, which comes in (4x XHP50.2 6500k and 4x XHP50.2 5000k), but now only the cool-white variant remains.

Sofirn SP33S (XHP70.2) now comes in 6500k and 5000k… I wonder if they will also soon stop releasing the 5000k variant…

As far as I know the reason for the XHP50.2 5000K not being available anymore is because Cree stopped producing the 3V variant in 5000K. Sofirn was one of the few manufacturers who had the 5000K and 5300-5700K. They had a limited number and when they ran out they stopped offering them in their 3V flashlights. I have a few and they are quite nice.

The XHP50.3 exists with 3V and 6500K. Let’s hope that they will bring out warmer and high CRI variants as well.
