I’m sorry…speaking about “shorter” I just meant the length of the entire flashlight incl. tube. The BLF GT comes with two 4-cells-carrier while the MF04 will only have one 4-cell carrier.
Both my friends GT’s are in the 2300-2400 out the front range at 30 seconds, holding well into several minutes. My Thrunite TN42 measured over 2600 out the front, even at 30 seconds for ANSI ratings. My Convoy L2 is making 2360 even with the cells sitting in it for months now.
Those losses you quote are possible, but not realistic.
I may have found an awesome carry bag for the MF04. Tell me what you guys think. The MF04 has a 5.35” head and the inside diameter of this case is 5” so its hard to tell if it would fit too tight or not.
