Supfire L1 resistor modded, this light is crazy BRIGHT!
I am selling all my non-warm tinted lights,
this works perfectly and looks flawless

Before, Stock - R180 x2, R056)
LED 1 – H=1.42A M=0.76A L=0.20A
LED 2 – H=1.38A M=0.74A L=0.19A
LED 3 – H=1.40A M=0.75A L=0.20A
LED 4 – H=1.46A M=0.78A L=0.20A
LED 5 – H=1.44A M=0.77A L=0.20A

After Mod - R180 x3 and Bridged sense resistors for max output
LED 1 – H=4.82A M=2.62A L=0.77A
LED 2 – H=4.91A M=3.02A L=1.39A
LED 3 – H=4.99A M=3.10A L=1.39A
LED 4 – H=4.75A M=2.74A L=1.14A
LED 5 – H=4.60A M=2.76A L=1.20A

It’s yours Tom. I think I’m done with big flooders, I want more throw these days.

pm sent. Got some ideas. Might build up one as a 7-8 LED thrower, the other as a flooder with triples or quads - monster lights, but it's a monster host. I could use the reflectors from one to add more to the 2nd.

if the tint was warmer I would keep it

Got it, and thanx! You were pretty much dead-on with the 5,000 lumens by the way. My light box, on 4 fresh SONY VTC6's said:

5,440 @start, 4,461 @30 secs, and throw: 40 kcd (400 meters)

It drops big time in the first 30, but that's to be expected - not a good heat path with the big aluminum MCPCB for those high amp #'s.
