I think I went the cheap way and only put my name and contact (email) there, no address. Nobody yelled at me, but also my homepage has barely any content or visitors 
By now I moved to Italy anyway, and so did my webserver, so it’s different anyway.
If I provide any possibility for user-defined comparisons etc, I would provide raw data as CC BY NC. This is the most efficient method for me and everyone who is interested has the possibility to make their own charts.
If only people respected licenses… 
Yeah, this is another problem. But I cannot prevent people from doing disrespectful things.
