After doing a bad packing job, after shipping my light to the wrong country, after not trying to contact the shipper to correct the mistake making me wait and wait (I believe I was the first to pay), and after I say don't worry about the lens, they expect me to pay for shipping?! Man, I wish they were a local company. I'd send this light back to them in such a memorable fashion.
Do you still have your paypal dispute open? That would be one way to keep them willing to bargain…
Yeh, that’s pretty friggin COLD. Makes you wonder what runs through some peoples veins… And yes, totally FUBAR packaging. What a shame.
Good advice. I'll keep the dispute open. I replied to them. Tried to be polite. I'll give them a chance to reconsider before escalating.
Alright, Supfire has now agreed to replace the reflector at their cost.

Must say, so far with my experience dealing with manufacturers... Supfire has been the best. Won't name names but some are impossible.

Finally got a chance to go to the post office and stop waiting for them to deliver it from the 19th.
The box was beat to ALL HELL and the light was not even in the bubble wrap (if you can call it that)
But it arrived perfectly! This thing is hefty!
Came here to post before i even put batteries in it I was so blown away.

Picked mine up today.
Same problem with the packing as everyone has had.
Couple of very small marks on the body I think caused by lanyard, or banging around for 45 days.
Very nice light for the price for sure.
I will have to go over the upgrades others have done.
