I ask because GearBest has been more responsive than any other supplier to actually getting information to and from the people who make various flashlights.
Hi Tom E, thanks for pointing out it, we have moved the “SS bezel” discriptions, beg your understanding, as we have thousands of items, and will miss something.
If you’d bothered to READ that thread you’d have seen what’s in it.
The member who has this light has asked the same question.
I had already mentioned there that I’d asked you here — and on the questions page at the sales site.
We have the same question.
He also wants to know how to take the emitter out.
That’s why I asked you for help with — how to open the light to be able to change the emitter.
I asked you because your company sells a lot of the “Sharp Eagle” lights.
Who can contact someone at Sharp Eagle who would know how to open this light up?
...along with a couple of other SKUs of similar bulbs and was disappointed. I wasn't expecting a full 18W, but these actually run at 4W, less than 1/4 of the rated specification. They ended up allocated as lighting for a closet, but only with a 2-bulb splitter to get enough light. Far too dim for my intended application.
I hope these SKUs perform better than what I received.
Ok, I see that change, thanx! But, it still says aluminum smooth reflector when in fact it's a plastic smooth reflector. Can you correct this as well?
Just please, please note that all your Sharp Eagle branded lights seem to have some level of lies in their ads on your site, and always, always the lies are slanted towards being better than it really is. It's not a simple mistake -- it's intentionaly to lie about the product being better quality than it really is. The rule is pretty simple - anything the customer can't tell 100% certain from a posted picture is fair game to lie about. Apparently GearBest can't inspect every new product they add to their listings, because if you could, it's quite apparent. I'm sure you simply post specs provided by the supplier.
Actually I'm impressed with GearBest listening and attempting to address these issues, other vendors such as TMART, DX, and FastTech seem to be totally ignoring our comments on these issues. Thanks Again!
