Gearbest why applying points is blocked now ?

I’ve ordered a while ago item using code and after that i could additionally lower the price using “my points”.

Now I am unable to apply points after using item codes ? The ponts’s field appear only with regular price

Why suddenly (no warning at all), i am not allowed to benefit from my points at same terms as before ?

It is a common practice in other shops as well, also there was a notice that you can apply any other type of discounts if the item already has lowered price because of some special deal or you used coupon code etc. They realised that with coupon code price can be lowered to bare minimum and if you apply additional points or other type of discount they will actually loose money, thats why there is not multiply discounts.

PS — if you can’t figure out whether it’s a solid pill or hollow pill,
would you post the question in the “reviews” section so the 2 customers who did already buy the light can answer it for us?

I really don’t want to buy another of these and find out it’s the hollow pill kind again.

I can see that the same item is still available at the regular price (backordered). Indeed, Gearbest had themselves reduced the item’s cost for a limited time to match the discounted value without any code. But now the price has returned back to normal.

It seems apparent that my order, and possibly others, were simply cancelled so that we would have to order at the slightly higher cost.
Has anyone else received the same :_( , or had different results with their orders placed at the same date or after? |(
