Yes,
the received buttons are a great feature. I need it, because I order a lot of products (it's better in Europe to make more orders with a less value - because of customs fees) as one big order.
For everyone, who don't know, what we are speaking about:
But I have one question:
What is the TimeLeft for?
He was asking for the timeframe btw, not the button itself
Well, its like 6 month, i think they put it fora reason- as long as you didnt do any action within 6 months, it seems that you either not interested/forgot to check it or its just you`ve recieved the item.
My feeling is that if you add tracking to your shipments then it slows up most deliveries. It introduces the need for extra handling at each and every transit point.
With over 60 GB orders in about 18 months, only one $10 order never arrived.
Some did take three+ months
I have learned that batteries take longest. Li-ion batteries should not be sent airmail (or maybe this is OK if on non-passenger flights). So it is a real waiting game for them. Some China sellers get around the ārulesā by labeling batteries as āchargersā. Then they use NL post.
My suggestion is that if you use free shipping, skip the tracking if you can.
Mitko got it. Some of my orders (made with China Post unreg.) haven't arrived until now - shipped in August. I will contact the CS and hope they don't offer 50% refunds or something like this.
Iāve ordered something from Gearbest in the beginning of December 2015, but still havenāt received it yet. When contacted them for inquiries, I was just told to keep waiting. Very frustrating!
Ordered a knife the 12/27/2015. Gearbest sent the knife on 12/30/2015 and I received it this morning 1/15/2016. Using normal free shipping without tracking. No problems so far.
I would never order anything without a tracking number, all my GB orders are trackable and they all came, the biggest delay was likeā¦2 months i presume( it was a drop ship order i think, the original reseller āforgotā his ID in the package
Some came damaged ( oxidation chips here and there and some borosilicate lenses cracked) so i hope for GB to perfect their shiping protection, the bubble packaging do miracles you know
Placed my third Gearbest order last Friday⦠Only got an email confirmation to ship today⦠One week just to ship it out?? Jeez, why? So far my orders come in two/three weeks to two months⦠But got them all so far.
GB are stating that in order to provide a full refund, they require me to close the ticket first.
Is this a trick, or legitimate from other peoples experience?
To me, it smells very much like a rat, one that just wants to close the ticket and will say anything in order to do so, including that their system will not allow a full refund while a ticket is still open.
As usualy, i `ve recieved again flashlights with broken lenses:/ Pleace GB, package those boxes with a bubble wrap or something simmilar
As a bonus i was promiced a full refund( for the first time) in just 2 tickets- but thats not the point, it would costs you 3-4 cents only to buble those boxes( especialy considering the bubble wrap price in Shenzen): just look at your ācoilleaguesā from Bangood: they extra wrap everything, and i have never ever had a broken item( due to transport) from them
Another thing that i wanna discuss is that the option to mark already recieved orders suddenly dissapeared- why is that?
Ordered a Ganzo knife 22 days ago, arrived today, free shipping + tracking with NL Post. Iām very happy; the only think is they have split my order in 2 packet: the first was the knife arrived today, the second is one AAA Dito Feng flashlight, still in transit somewhere in China⦠At this moment, never had problems so far with Gearbest (7 orders), and never used Paypal (they closed my account, donāt know why) with china sellers (GB/BG/Aliexpress/Fasttech).
well i already posted on a topic, here on BLF.
To sum it up,
ordered 2 items (lii-100 + 2x UR14500P)
added a 3rd just to make the total a little bigger (5x E27 lamps)
What Gearbest did is to ship just the E27 lamps without telling me nothing. After 1 month an a half they made me a partial refund (in their wallet system) without telling me they did not ship the more āimportantā stuff of the whole order.
Later the item price went a little bit up for every item so i felt so bad about how this thing has been handled by Gearbest i ordered just one battery.
The whole order was not big, sure, we are speaking about breadcrumbs but they could have well asked me, what to do: Wait to restock, ship partially, or cancel the entire order, itās a matter of professionalism.
If there are issues with an order you collect the options and then tell them to the customer and let him decide.

Iāve got a lot of flashlights and the Yezi just looked like another one to me so I always passed on it. Just finally got one delivered on their 24 dollar sale and color me highly impressed. 59kcd(2360 lux @ 5 meters) stock! Nice light over all too, helluva thrower though, my God!! Wish I would have got one sooner.
Whoa! your running 2 18650ās on the stock driver? I also just found a piece of tube that fits so I could put two in also. I wouldnāt though because its only designed for one battery. Isnāt it?
I just tested my TF X8, it puts out 22kcd.
