Are you sure about this? I even found a review that says it writes. I couldn’t find pics of the pen component, but figured you change the tip or something. I mean, are there other tactical pens that actually is not a pen?

Looks like I’m going to have an interesting chat with Gearbest customer service. Ah well, it’s cheap.
I should have said does not appear to have a pen component, but really there is no indication of a pen component or even space for one in the photos, no mention of it writing at all either. I looked everywhere to be sure, it appears to be a pen styled multi-tool. It seems a bit on the massive side as well, more than half an inch thick, and the last whistle Zanflare produced did not work at all, so personally I would steer well clear of this.
The only reviews I can find have no pictures apart from the same ones as on the sales page, so it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they were written without having actually used the product at all.
Maybe it writes with invisible ink. That’s “tactical”, no? <cackle>
