Is that ANSI (30 secs)? The figures quoted for the Emisar D4 are at turn on.
I measure 4,000 after 1 second for the E14 II and about 2,000 after 30 seconds. I’ve only seen 1 second measurements for the D4. I suspect it will be lower than the E14 at ANSI due to being smaller and not copper!

There is no much difference for him us or eu plug, he needs UK plug 
honestly there is many chipo adapters, so us, eu or any other type of plugs shouldn’t be an issue.

TK measured D4 at over 4,300 lm. Possibly due to lower resistance of the host.
Have you seen how beefy is the emitter shelf of D4? Cooling is really great here.
Though copper does have higher volumetric thermal capacity, so it may indeed be better.
As to size difference, it’s in the tail, so after 30 seconds it makes no difference.
That said, 30 seconds output is below thermal stepdown already, so the results depend on thermal regulation algorithms more than the do on host.
