I wouldn’t mind buying a Jetbeam Mini-1 at that price, but it has never had an affordable shipping option. Over $15 to South Africa from China.
Any idea why? I hardly ever run into that with other items that can ship here.

100B doesn’t work as a powerbank.
One has USB output to use as a battery bank.

The code worked for me about 2 min ago. But actual price a little higher - the shipping is not free ($1.17 for unregistered in my case).
You should read the description carefully:
* Lii-100B is a charger designed for LiFePO4, Ni-MH and NiCd
* Lii-100 is a charger designed for LiFePO4, Ni-MH and Lithium Ion
95% sure it’s error in the description. They should charge the same battery types. See output voltages f.e.
