Great customer service with olight repair /warranty

Hi all i just wanted to give a quick post about my experience with olight warranty/repair customer service.
My Olson last year bought a s15 r theough gearbest and it quit work in less than a month after he received it ,he tried numerous times going through gearbest customer service to see about returning his for warranty and his email went unanswered,so he just forgot about the warranty and letting it go altogether.
And last November I bought a couple of the S1 s and last week one of them quit working so I called olight warranty service here in the US in Geaorgia,and us to merge service rep Sean asked what was wrong I told him and he immediately gave me a rma with out any questions ,that was on Monday so I mailed both light OUT ON Tuesday and yesterday I recived and email from olight customer service asking if it was okay to replace the s15 with a sca since the s15 was discontinued.Wow that quick ,no hassles to me i think that is excellent and deserves some recignition.

Not the same behavior outside states.

Interesting that they honored the warranty even though you bought it from an unauthorized dealer in gearbest. I should try my luck with my busted ST25.

I also had very satisfactory service with a troublesome S30 that I bought from one of our BLF advertisers.
Although it was time consuming while they sent the light back to China, Olight (Marietta Ga) was very accommodating and excellent with communications. I’m in Canada, for the record.

Well it was the easiest and fastest warranty service I have compared to nitecire for example,I sent a mt10a which I sent over 8 weeks ago and it was repaired but iam still waiting to return from China.
