Grizzly's Nitecore MT2C Pro Review – Simple, Slim Pocket Thrower

I’ve been looking for a pocket thrower I like for a long time. I wanted something easy to carry and simple to use with a great beam. MT2C Pro delivers. My only complaints are UI gripes and the lack of a battery indicator.

This is my secondary light when I wear a floody headlamp or want something compact and throwy. I’m delighted to finally have a light that works well for me. If you’re in the market for a pocket thrower, consider MT2C Pro.

Agreed … excellent true “Tac Light”

My current EDC.

Great review …

I added an “O” ring for cigar grip.

What makes it a “true tac light?” What exactly is a “tac light”?

Kewl, so it’s similar to a 2AA Pokomon but starts blasting on high vs low.

And yeah, Nitecore never really gave a shiite about color, CRI, etc.

Driver looks nicely regulated, too.

Looks… interesting.

Noice review!

True meaning … to use as a tactical light as in with a firearm yet not attached to the firearm. The MT2C fills this need for me.

I modded my MT1C Pro to Yinding 5050 6000K 95CRI and its amazing now, but dont know if i want MT2C Pro and do same thing… Low is to bright and no Middle level :frowning:

Oh that’s a fun LED swap! Very cool!
