What I like: The brightness, runtime, size / weight, ergonomics, overall build quality, indicator lights, holster / charging dock / wall mount, and USB-C charging
What I don’t like: cheap-feeling rotary knob, annoying auto-lockout, poor voltage immunity, no powerbank feature, and high price tag
JUST AN OBSERVATION, NOT an implication or anything…As much as I like some Olight models, does it ever feel like it’s kind of a ponzi scheme but uses flashlight sales and warranties instead of cash?

I’ve become somewhat of an Olight fan recently (really like the ArkPro NW, the Baton Pro and certain Warrior Ultras (one of mine has perfect tint, other is green).
That said, I can’t defend the Seeker series. It’s … not competitive. The Acebeam E75 is about half the price of this Seeker Ultra and significantly better.
The value was so bad for the Seeker Ultra that they felt the need to include a 5800mah battery, which I don’t think performs meaningfully different than the regular 5000mah battery. For the extra dosh you get a usb-c port (that most competitors offer) plus OAL plus the higher-capacity battery. And the Seeker 4 Pro was a terrible value to begin with. I had a chance to buy one deeply discounted (but still over $100) and passed. I just don’t get this one.
If all you need is the basics then an E75 is definitely a better buy. That’d be my personal choice between the two because I like pocket clips and buttons more than holsters and knobs.
The Seeker Utra is only worth the extra money if you want the cool holster/charging dock, the rotary knob, or you really like Olight’s magnetic charging system.
